The Seminole Tribe of Florida offers two unique Everglades tours — Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum and Billie Swamp Safari — on the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation (west of Fort Lauderdale off of I75/Alligator Alley) that allow you to discover Florida from the Seminole's perspective.

The Spend the Day with the Seminoles Package includes:

A tour of the Seminole Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum where you will learn about the fascinating history and culture of the unconquered Seminoles as well as experience an authentic Living Village. Enjoy a raised boardwalk through a natural cypress dome highlighting the flora and fauna of the Everglades and their traditional uses by the Seminole people. The Museum is open daily from 9am-5pm. Activities at Billie Swamp Safari including an Airboat Ride thru 2200 untamed acres of Florida Everglades, Swamp Buggy Eco-Tour and choice of a Snake & Alligator Show (1:15pm) — or — Swamp Critter Show (2:15pm.) For your dining pleasure, enjoy lunch at the Swamp Water Café at Billie Swamp Safari (not part of the package) which offers Seminole specialties such as gator nuggets, catfish and fry bread as well as traditional American fare.

Please keep in mind when making your reservation that the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum is closed Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Billie Swamp Safari is only closed Christmas Day.

The Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum is located on the left at the intersection of West Boundary Road and Josie Billie Highway (SR 833- Snake Road) on the way to Billie Swamp Safari.
